Lisa Spencer, Chief Experience Officer is a dynamic UX leader and innovative designer with a passion for creating better products and new market opportunities through good user centered design. She has more than 25 years of experience collaborating with team members, clients, and business partners to design market- ready products that support specific business objectives. She has extensive experience with diagnostic software requirements, design controls and regulatory requirements for medical software, human factors risk assessments, user interfaces, iterative design, voice-of-customer research, and human factors testing. She has high familiarity with IEC 62304, IEC 62366, quality systems, and FDA guidance for medical device software.
