Joseph has over twenty years of enterprise experience in writing and designing industry award winning software for domains as varied as network software distribution, video broadcasting software for custom hardware, and cyber security training tools, with a published patent behind him. Mr. Van Riper’s highlights include designing and implementing an Emmy-winning television broadcasting tool, writing software distributed by Microsoft on their Windows 2000 operating system distributions, and implementing a system for monitoring students within a networked environment to automatically grade them for their work.
