Bill has been involved in web and software development for many years. He has also been an effective cloud migration specialist for Google Cloud Platform, AWS and Azure cloud environments – moving from on-prem or existing cloud to new cloud hosting.

Most recently, he led a successful development agency building innovative video conferencing and communications platforms for the medical, government, language access, and business markets.

His past experiences as a city government executive, small business owner, technologist, and all things related to real-time video & voice communications have given him a well rounded expertise in today’s leading technologies.
