Lance Patak, M.D., MBA is the co-founder and current CEO and President of Vidatak, LLC. Now, while working at Seattle Children's Hospital in the Department of Anesthesiology, Dr. Patak’s current efforts are to continue expanding Vidatak globally, continue to partner with healthcare organizations to improve bedside practices and to improve overall quality patient care. "When I most needed to communicate, I wasn't able to. I couldn't speak, and I couldn't make myself understood. Nor did I feel like I was being given the opportunity to perform as an individual. I felt like I was being judged by a different set of criteria for other patients. And, you know, that's natural. I am not an ordinary patient. I'm sure no one's an ordinary patient."
